Start from a route you can verify

When you need support, use the contact details in the current App listing or the installed app. Search results, group posts and direct messages can use a familiar logo without being connected to the developer.

Bookmark the store listing yourself. That gives you a consistent starting point when you need to check a support address, an update or the developer’s identity. Tongits Go Guide is an independent guide, not the game’s customer-service team.

Keep passwords and codes private

Never put login codes into a public comment or send them to someone who contacted you unexpectedly. They may be enough to let another person sign in.

Protect the email or social account you use for sign-in as well. If it is a Google account, review Google’s own 2-Step Verification guidance. This is advice about the linked account; we are not claiming that Tongits Go offers a particular security setting.

Share the problem, not your private details

Before posting a screenshot, look at every edge of it. Hide phone numbers, email addresses, payment details and any temporary code. Describe the visible error in your own words if a screenshot would reveal too much.

A useful report has a short timeline, the action you attempted and the message you received. Avoid sending unrelated personal documents simply because someone asks for “verification” in a chat.

If something already feels wrong

1. Stop responding to the suspicious message.
2. Open the account provider’s site yourself and review your sign-in security.
3. Use its recovery process if you cannot access the account.
4. Report the incident through the game’s official support route where relevant.

Do not pay a stranger who promises account recovery. Keep any evidence private and share only what the official process needs.
